if you have a CD/DVD Writer or a USB Flash Disk, copy all your files to these media/disk and perform windows installation. After restoring windows, you may save back all the files you've backup.

Just simply open your CD burning software, copy or click & drag the data that you want to save the application. Once you've think you have everything, burn the CD.

Don't forget you Internet bookmarks, Outlook pst files (if you're using outlook).
